Eric Forsch joined the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) in August 2022, as a Federal Program Officer (FPO) for the State of Idaho and Oregon. As an FPO, Eric is responsible for supporting the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) program for Idaho and Oregon in support of the Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law to deliver Internet for All Americans. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating efforts with broadband stakeholders and partners including state, local, and community leaders, as well as internal NTIA offices and Department of Commerce (DOC) bureaus to achieve program goals of ensuring every Idahoan and Oregonian has access to affordable, high-speed internet.
Previously, Eric managed the Office of Broadband for the State of Idaho.
