About Jennifer Whyte

Jennifer Whyte is the National Broadband Project Manager for the U.S. Forest Service (FS), Washington Office, Lands, Minerals and Geology Management, building up the FS broadband program. Prior to joining the FS, she was the Lead Realty Specialist for the Realty Program and Renewable Energy Program Manager for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Additionally, she worked for the BLM Washington Office where she was the Program Lead for Roads, Railroad and Pipelines, the BLM Wyoming State Office, and the BLM California Desert District. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the Lands and Realty Program that oversees rights-of-way and permits.
