About Sam Ackley

As Chief Operating Officer of Hunter Communications, Sam drives the strategic direction of Hunter’s technology, regulatory, compliance, project management, and construction teams. Sam has nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In addition to his role at Hunter, he serves as a President of the Board for the Oregon Joint Use Association, where he has represented Competitive Local Exchange Carriers throughout the State of Oregon for the past decade. Sam is also regularly involved in Northwest Telecommunications Association activity and committee work and serves on the Board of Directors for the Britt Music & Arts Festival, based in Jacksonville, Oregon.
